The boat departed right on time, and we enjoyed a peaceful morning ride out to the fishing grounds, taking in the calm water and great views. As soon as we dropped our lines, the action started — fish after fish coming aboard! We had to release a few, but that’s all part of the fun. Along the way, we even spotted a leatherback turtle and a massive shark cruising by. When we got back, the captain expertly cleaned and filleted our catch while the marina staff greeted us with friendly smiles. We wrapped up the day at a nearby restaurant that cooked our fresh fish to perfection — an unforgettable experience (and maybe a little too much dinner)!

We had a fantastic experience with Hector. This was our first private fishing charter, and he was so patient with us! Even though he mentioned that the fishing conditions weren’t great, he promised us we’d catch fish—and we did! Between his sense of humor, knowledge of the area, and fishing expertise, we had so much fun. We will book with Hector every time we are in the area!
